We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service price. Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will be charged 100% of the service price. No-shows will also be charged 100%. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, 50% of the service price will be charged, and the service will not be provided. We will be happy to assist you in rescheduling. Clients with multiple cancellations will be required to pay a deposit to secure future bookings. This policy applies to clients with gift cards and referral credits as well.
